Declaration on the duty to inform
The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (GDPR, TKG 2003). In this data protection information, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing on our website.
Contact with us
If you contact us using the form on the website or by e-mail, the data you provide will be stored by us for six months for the purpose of processing your enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.
Cookies
Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your end device with the help of the browser. They do not cause any damage. We use cookies to make our website more user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your end device until you delete them. They enable us to recognise your browser on your next visit. If you do not want this, you can set up your browser so that it informs you about the setting of cookies and you only allow this in individual cases. If you deactivate cookies, the functionality of our website may be limited.
Web analysis
Our website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics from Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Web analysis data is therefore transferred to a non-European third country (USA). Cookies are used for this purpose, which enable your use of the website to be analysed. The information generated in this way is transferred to the provider's server and stored there. Your IP address is recorded, but anonymised by our system before being passed on. This means that your user data cannot theoretically be linked to you personally. You can prevent this process by setting up your browser so that no cookies are stored or by using a special tool to prevent the transfer to Google. Read more about the use and deactivation of cookies below. We have concluded a corresponding contract with the provider for commissioned data processing.
The relationship with the web analytics provider is based on an adequacy decision of the European Commission, e.g. in the case of the USA ‘Privacy Shield’. Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of Section 96 (3) TKG and Article 6 of the GDPR. Our concern within the meaning of the GDPR (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our offer and our website. As the privacy of our users is important to us, the user data is anonymised. The anonymised user data is stored for a period of 18 months.
Google Analytics disclaimer
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc (‘Google’). Google Analytics uses ‘cookies’, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyse how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, if IP anonymisation is activated on this website, your IP address will first be truncated by Google within member states of the European Union or in other signatory states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to analyse your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. You can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and relating to your use of the website (including your IP address) and from processing this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at the following link: tools.google.com
Your rights
In principle, you have the rights to information, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, cancellation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection rights have been violated in any other way, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the data protection authority.
